Tony Hawk's Underground 2.1 patch for macOS

Turns the files of an installed copy of THUG (the 2003 PC game) into the
macOS port.

1. Copy the game folder from a THUG install (the one holding THUG.exe and the
   Data folder) to your Mac.
2. Unzip this into it, replacing the existing files. Finder unzips into a
   new folder, so use Terminal:
     unzip -o THUG-2.1_patch_macos.zip -d "/path/to/game folder"
3. Run THUG in that folder (double-click it, or ./THUG in Terminal).
The first time, macOS blocks it as coming from an unidentified developer:
in System Settings > Privacy & Security choose Open Anyway, or run
     xattr -d com.apple.quarantine THUG

Needs macOS 11 or later (Apple Silicon or Intel). Settings (config.ini) and
saves (save/) are kept in the game folder.

Other languages: English is built in. The rest are optional, one small file
each, from https://thug.one/languages.html - put it in the game's Data/Lang
folder (make the folder if it isn't there) and pick it in Options > Language.
